WEB SITE USE AGREEMENT

EACH TIME YOU USE THE WEB SITE, THE TEXT OF THIS AGREEMENT AS IT THEN READS WILL GOVERN YOUR USE. WHEN YOU USE THE WEB SITE, YOU SHOULD CHECK THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT (WHICH APPEARS AT THE TOP OF THIS AGREEMENT) AND REVIEW ANY CHANGES SINCE THE LAST VERSION.
1. General
Access to the information and documents (collectively the "information") contained on this Web site (the "Site") constitutes your acceptance of the provisions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.
All information on this Site is for general information and educational purposes only and is the opinion of the writer. The User agrees that this Agreement, including any changes made to this Agreement from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Keith Campbell, relating to your use of the Web Site, and supersedes all previous agreements, written, oral or otherwise, with respect to your use of the Web Site.
You may not assign this Agreement or your rights and obligations under this Agreement without my express prior written consent, at my sole discretion.
The Web Site is controlled by Keith Campbell of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This Agreement, your use of the Web Site, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. Any dispute between Keith Campbell and you or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Web Site, this Agreement or any related matters shall be referred to and finally resolved using the Ontario Mandatory Mediation program in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Any claim or cause of action you may have arising from, connected with, or relating to your use of the Web Site, this Agreement, or any related matters must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action is forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
2. Privacy Statement
When you visit this Site, when you move from page to page, read pages, conduct searches, submit information or communications, or download content onto your computer, the Site may record and collect the following information:
- the IP address you are connecting from and information about your Internet service provider,
- which pages are visited,
- the date and time of the access to each page,
- what content is downloaded,
- the words used as search criteria,
- the IP address of Web sites that you visited immediately before coming to the Site,
- information about the browser, screen resolution, and operating system that you are using,
- the IP address and account ID for users that logged on, the number of successful and unsuccessful attempts, and

Users do not have to provide personal information to visit this Site.
